Welcome to the SNAP 2024 Summer Program at South Shore Country Club with SNAP Special Needs Athletic Partnership!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Hingham Sports.

SNAP 2024 Summer Program Details

 

• During each day, our participants will rotate through several different activities, such as bowling, using the golf simulator, sensory activities, and arts & crafts. 

Dates are Monday July 1, 2024 - Friday August 2, 2024, from 12:00-3:30PM. 

Please note there is no program on Thursday July 4th.

On Friday, August 2, 2024 the program will meet from 9 AM - 12 PM, followed by an End of Summer Celebration. All Summer SNAP Participants are invited to the Celebration, whether or not they enroll for the morning of August 4th.

Place: South Shore Country Club

Limit to 25 participants per week. Week 1 is 4days/ $40 a day for $160. Week 2-5 participants can sign up for 4 days [M-Thursday] for $40/day OR a full week for $200
